October 24, 1959 – February 21, 2026

Patricia (Patty) Ann Spiekhout passed away on February 21, 2026 at the age of 66. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Patty found her way to Florida in 1999 where she met the love of her life and husband of 25 years, Stephen.

Patty and Stephen loved their life together on the coast. Patty was best known for her love for her husband, daughters and especially dogs. Her legacy lives on through her daughters, Carla Macel (Michael) and Jessica Rinehart (Ali). They will forever cherish their favorite times spent with her watching Lifetime movies or having a John Travolta marathon. Over the years many pets were fortunate to be loved by Patty and Stephen. Favorite pastimes included spending time with their cat Tigger and taking their Frenchies, The Duke and Duchess, for golf cart rides.

Patty devoted 14 years of her career supporting the life-saving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where she played a meaningful role in the organization’s fundraising efforts. This mission resonated deeply with her, and she took great pride in knowing that her work helped make a difference for children and families during their hardest moments.

She is preceded in death by her father, Rawie Haas, Sr., her mother-in-law, Diane Reid, her sister, Sue Hull, brothers in law, John Spiekhout II, Tom Hull, Al Hillegass and her niece, Rachel Haas. She is survived by her mother, Virginia Haas and her siblings Rawie Haas, Jr. (Char), Beth Hillegass, Chris Haas (Roxie), Lori Wolfe-Richards (Ralph) and Tina Weimer (Brooke) as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
