Phillip Mazurk, age 48, beloved son, brother, nephew, and uncle, passed away on October 1 at the hospice center at Bayview Hospital.
Phillip was always the first to lend a hand and left a lasting impression on everyone he met with his humor, warmth, and vibrant personality.
His greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his cherished niece. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.

I worked with Phil at Sprouts a few years back , Phil had such a big heart ❤️ his favorite line that he always saying is that he’s living the dream. Phil you will truly be missed. Gone too soon but you will not be forgotten may your soul rest in peace my friend.😪😪💔
Worked with Phil for a couple years at sprouts , one of coolest guys I’ve ever worked with easy going, always ready for a laugh. You will be missed dearly.
