Clayton was a hoot. Even through the constant pain he seemed to be in, he had a unmatched ability to make others laugh. I was moved by his love and loyalty for his family, his daughter and his wonderful mother, Lucille. He had a big heart and he cared about people. I’m going to miss him. My condolences go out to his family. May he rest in peace
Clayton was devoted to his Mom and his daughter. He was a great chef torn from his trade by failing health. Everyone loved Clayton. He was a loving soul. He was taken from us in his prime. He will be sorely missed by all. He was recently offered a very high paying chef job that his health would not allow him to accept. This was a great loss to him.
